The latest flash estimates of the NUS Singapore Residential Price Index say that the prices of private homes without land continued to fall during March. Prices dropped by 1.1% on prices in February, more than the 0.9% during January and February. Excepting small units, prices in the Central Region had the largest fall of approximately 1.3% from a previous fall of 0.2%. Prices in regions other than the Central Region, that is properties outside districts 1 to 4 and 9 to 11, fell by 1% after the previous month’s fall of 1.5%. Prices for small units fell 0.4% from the 0.7% fall in the month before.
